`5 November

I wonder why I hadn't notice this earlier! ( I blame my poor memory for this)

Happen to see this on a discussion somewhere online...

5 November (alois's birthday)

Guy Fawkes Night, also known as Bonfire Night (or, more casually in recent times as Fireworks Night), is an annual celebration held on the evening of 5 November to mark the failure of the Gunpowder Plot of 5 November 1605, in which a number of Catholic conspirators, including Guy Fawkes, attempted to destroy the Houses of Parliament in London.

Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
I know of no reason
Why the Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t'was his intent
To blow up the King and Parli'ment.
Three-score barrels of powder below
To prove old England's overthrow;
By God's providence he was catch'd (or by God's mercy*)
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Holla boys, Holla boys, let the bells ring.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, God save the King!
And what should we do with him? Burn him!

I highlighted Treason and Plot, because basically that is what Kuroshitsuji is about~ Ciel is suspected of Treason and the whole storyline is...plotty!
Burn him was highlighted as that's what Margaret Turner kept saying

A penny loaf to feed the Pope
A farthing o' cheese to choke him.
A pint of beer to rinse it down.
A fagot of sticks to burn him.
Burn him in a tub of tar.
Burn him like a blazing star.
Burn his body from his head.
Then we'll say ol' Pope is dead.
Hip hip hoorah!
Hip hip hoorah hoorah!

Ol' probably read as Ole?

Guy, guy, guy
Poke him in the eye,
Put him on the bonfire,
And there let him die

Umm Umm, yeah eye, poke, you get the picture

5 November

The Hither Green rail crash was an accident on the British railway system that occurred on 5 November 1967 near Hither Green maintenance depot, between Hither Green and Grove Park railway stations, in south-east London.

Refer to Tero Shitsuji

By the way: The producers did extensive research before starting on this project, so this is probably not a coincidence.

Liesel continuing with her research!
