`Kuroshitsuji II Episode 9 Thoughts

To sum it up, this episode is LOVE!

I like how Claude hypnotised Ciel. He knew that Ciel was breaking and took this opportunity to mix up Ciel's memories and force him into thinking that he is Alois Trancy.

The triplets are cute when they drew the picture of "what-shall-happen-when-Claude-gets-Alois's-soul" They really are a klutz. I mean, many klutz!

I hate Ciel being tortured, no! Never! First Sebastian, now Ciel!?

Alois and Ciel are one now, Aloisel! or Cielois! So you understand what Alois meant by he wanted to be one with Ciel?

I COINED THE WORD CIELOIS/ALOISEL

Summary:
Claude told the Servants what he wanted to do to Alois, thus making them all demons
Claude laid a series of trap by posing as the Queen and setting Ciel off cases when in fact that was to lure him in.
The triplets posed as Ciel and gored many young boys' eyes out
Ciel investigates

Ciel states that if you connect the place where the boys' eyes are gourged, it forms a spider web and they should go to the centre
Then Sebastian realised it and placed Ciel in a ~~box again~~ big crate and telling him not to come out (just like in ep 24 "whatever you do, do not open your eyes)
The children sings London Bridge is falling down and Ciel gets reminded of his past
He recounts Angela, Lolita Victoria, etc and also Sebastian putting him in a suitcase and of course the Trancy
Ciel gets mad for being kept in the dark as everyone knew about the truth except him and flares up, saying that he will not tolerate being ordered, thus coming out from the crate.

PS: Ciel shouted to the kids "Kids should play at home!" to which they say "You are a kid too!"

He sees "Alois" running in the alley and follows but multiple Alois came out
Eventually they came to a dead end but before Ciel can catch him, some doctors came with Hannah who pointed Ciel as "Alois" her master.
Ciel said he is not and that he is Ciel Phantomhive but Hannah says it's because he has gone mad due to abuse by his Father aka pedophile Count Trancy
Hannah further states that Ciel was the one gourging the boys' eyes out.

Ciel points that the real Alois is there but the triplet has disappeared thus he was brought to the torture chambers
Claude rescued him by killing hate people and fuses Alois soul with him by making him disorientated after he was traumatised

I suspect Claude's glasses helped him.

How he hypnotise Ciel, for example

Ciel: I am Ciel Phantomhive
Claude: Yes, you are Alois Trancy

Ciel: My parents are killed
Claude: Yes, your brother is killed

continues, until

Ciel: Count Trancy...he sullied me....
Claude: Yes, that is correct

Why it works:
Because Ciel's soul is mixed with Alois but in Ciel's body, the brain retains more of Ciel's memories so Claude needs to draw out the subconcious Alois's memory so that Ciel thinks he is Alois or rather AloiscumCiel

Sebastian battles with Hannah

Without a doubt, I was vomiting at that.

That aside, Sebastian won and was strangling Hannah when she was lifted off ground. I've never seen him so angry....Scary.......he beating a lady is like seeing spouse abuse (NOO!!!!)
Remember what he said to Ciel about slapping Elizabeth.
Okay, I know Hannah is a demon, but!!!!

Alright so Sebastian confronts Claude when he hears Ciel scream and found Ciel shivering in fright. He tries to bring back his master but then Ciel just gets more agitated but eventually he commands Claude to get rid of Sebastian (Claude makes him believe Sebastian killed Luka, his brother)
Sebastian is shocked (yes, like how I was shock seeing him and Hannah)
Claude smirks and said that "A master's order is absolute" and Sebastian leaves politely, still fuming

He rambles on how he took too much effort to prepare a lovely meal, and this is the result (being stolen from him)
I'm not used to a rambling Sebastian

So please cheer up Sebastian!

THE HANGED MAN

A man hanging by one foot from a Tau cross - sometimes from a bar or tree. His free leg is always bent to form a "4," his face is always peaceful, never suffering. Sometimes his hands are bound, sometimes they dangle. Sometimes coins fall out of his pockets or hands.

Basic Tarot Story The Fool settles beneath a tree, intent on finding his spiritual self. There he stays for nine days, without eating, barely moving. People pass by him, animals, clouds, the wind, the rain, the stars, sun and moon. On the ninth day, with no conscious thought of why, he climbs a branch and dangles upside down like a child, giving up for a moment, all that he is, wants, knows or cares about. Coins fall from his pockets and as he gazes down on them - seeing them not as money but only as round bits of metal - everything suddenly changes perspective. It is as if he's hanging between the mundane world and the spiritual world, able to see both. It is a dazzling moment, dreamlike yet crystal clear. Connections he never understood before are made, mysteries are revealed. But timeless as this moment of clarity seems, he realizes that it will not last. Very soon, he must right himself, and when he does, things will be different. He will have to act on what he's learned. For now, however, he just hangs, weightless as if underwater, observing, absorbing, seeing.

Basic Tarot Meaning With Neptune (or Water) as its planet, the Hanged Man is perhaps the most fascinating card in the deck. It reflects the story of Odin who offered himself as a sacrifice in order to gain knowledge. Hanging from the world tree, wounded by a spear, given no bread or mead, he hung for nine days. Thirteen's Observations Neptune is spirituality, dreams, psychic abilities, and the Hanged Man is afloat in these. He is also 12, the opposite of the World card, 21. With the World card you go infinitely out. With the Hanged Man, you go infinitely in. This card signifies a time of insight so deep that, for a moment, nothing but that insight exists. All Tarot readers have such moments when we see, with absolute clarity, the whole picture, the entire message offered by a spread. The Hanged Man symbolizes such moments of suspension between physical and mystical worlds. Such moments don't last, and they usually require some kind of sacrifice. Sacrifice of a belief or perspective, a wish, dream, hope, money, time or even selfhood. In order to gain, you must give. Sometimes you need to sacrifice cherished positions, open yourself to other truths, other perspectives in order to find solutions, in order to bring about change. One thing is certain, whether the insight is great or small, spiritual or mundane, once you have been the Hanged Man you never see things quite the same.
