`Kuroshitsuji Episode 2, translation This translation is literally dialouge for dialouge, scene for scene. If you want to know eactly how the episode is going, try watching the video and reading this simultaneously, like how you would have with subs. I really want to make an English Sub for this but unfortunately I how no idea how, so this shall do then. I apologise for any spelling or grammatical errors in advance. Please tell me if you noticed such errors by leaving a note in the chatbox or emailing me Thank you Roecla for informing me of the part that I've missed out! I just changed the Deer to Stag, seeing that it has antlers (not that I didn't notice the antlers) but because I just couldn't remember the terminology for an adult male deer. For some reason, I keep keeping of stallions...and unicorns... _______________________________________________________________ Content: Ciel: Hearing the sound of the water. What my eyelids felt. This is summer’s sunlight Am I dreaming? Sebastian: What the spring of the dream reflects is the continuation of the story, shining with the bright radiance of the afternoon Ciel: If I wake up from the dream, what would I see? Elizabeth: Erm…Because it is a small boat, so it’s better for the designs to be simple. *Meririn runs to take 2 sets of dress Elizabeth: But that dress’s lace is also very cute! *Meirin runs off again to take other dresses Elizabeth: But that set’s ribbons are very beautiful too! *Meirin holds out 3 sets of dress for Elizabeth Elizabeth: Ahhhh! Finnian and Meirin: Yes Sir! *They then jump off the boat and into the waters. Elizabeth: I thought that this side would surely be where the stag appears. Bard: I caught it! (holds out geese) Meirin: I caught it!! (carrying white rabbits) Finnian: Heh! ( carries a large white horse ) *Ciel slaps his forehead, sighing Ciel: You all, do those look like a stag? *Elizabeth laughs at the comical scene _______________________________________________________________ Lau with Ran Mao beside him. Slice it! Then eat! To prepare biscuit in advance is indeed wrong! Meirin: Did the pigeons I caught helped? Bard: Yes! Sebastian: Really, how many times must I repeat myself in order for you to understand? _______________________________________________________________ *Sebastian’s cooking demonstration! *Sebastian sent the feathers of the pigeons fluttering down before whipping out a cooking pan. (wait, where did he get that?!? Oh I forgot, he is one hell of a butler) Sebastian: May I ask you, to wait quietly, I said it before didn’t I?! The three servants looked in awe before clapping their hands in admiration after the demonstration was done Bard: This is to be expected of Sebastian. Meirin and Finnian nod. Sebastian: As the butler of the Phantomhive household, what should be of me if I can’t even do this? Sebastian: Lobster with custard. White geese meat, split to resemble the Pyrenees (A range of mountains in Southwest Europe that forms a natural border between France and Spain) Elizabeth: Wow! It’s amazing! It feels completely different from the dishes you describe just now…. Sebastian: It is because while gathering the ingredients in the local area, there had been some changes. Definitely! *Ciel faints due him being submerged underwater for too long. He eventually woke up to Sebastian’s question. Sebastian: Are you awake, young master? Elizabeth: (embraces Ciel) Ciel! I’m sorry! I’m sorry! *The servants are doing some ridiculous things in the background Elizabeth: Sorry Ciel! That I did such things…. (She lets go of Ciel) Ciel: It’s great that you are alright. Sebastian: Young master too, it’s good that you are safe. *Ciel lies back before he remembered about Sebastian smashing the dam and leaps out of Sebastian hold. He grabs Sebastian coat and enquires him about it. Ciel: Sebastian! Why did you opened the dam? Didn’t I order you to hold back the waters? Sebastian: That’s why, I’m only acting on your instructions. Ciel: What? Sebastian: This way, the water will not burst then. In the future, forever. In order for the river water to revert back to its original path, it is necessary for the water that has been held back to be released. *The servants are seen carrying big boulders and throwing into the river. Ran Mao used her weapon to break the tree so that it obstructs the rapid flow of the river. Sebastian: Everyone present had lent their strength to slow down the speed of the waters. With the World card you go infinitely out. With the Hanged Man, you go infinitely in. This card signifies a time of insight so deep that, for a moment, nothing but that insight exists.
