「 ホヘオタラルナ、ロンデロタレル 」 even Japanese fans do not know what language it is...
I'm guessing it's some Ancient chants, but I can't find any answers except for the Black Tabloid page, I really need to read it up now!

Edit: If I'm correct, Hoeotararuna means "Beautiful Hill"

I did a google search and found that Hoheotararuna can be split to "Hoheo", "Tararuna" which are basically means "Beautiful" and "Hill" (which might be applicable for "hill" since Alois lived in a place called the Azukuno Hill"

or it can be splited to "Hohe" "O" "Tararuna"

And Ronderotareru can be split to "Londero" "Tareru", the former's a name but the latter's in Japanese meaning to "lean or stay" but I don't think that it is suppose to be Japanese.

Thinking that it must be Latin since for things like crest, Dignitas, etc, I tried to search up the dictionary but nothing comes out.

In conclusion, it's the fairy language, Gibberish. What it means, I guess it's just a chant..
